At Harman Oliver Ltd, landscape design is at the heart of what we do.
Landscape creation can represent a large investment in your home and we believe there’s no better way to start than with a design. These are key to ensuring we understand your needs as well as enabling us to manage your project as efficiently as possible.
We appreciate that not every project demands a design and we frequently carry out smaller projects based on discussion and sketches. For clients who have decided on what they want in their garden we can advise on what might suit them best in terms of practicalities, cost, materials and aesthetics at the estimate stage.
However we prefer for any project with a budget in excess of £20,000+VAT to have an agreed formal design before we proceed.
We can work to existing plans and drawings, but to ensure that as your contractors we are always on the same page as you, we also offer our own design service. Our design fee starts at £545 + VAT and begins with a site visit to understand your vision and requirements. Once we have the information we need, we normally aim to complete the design and provide an estimate within 4 weeks.
